After a long wait, Redsn0w and Corona iOS 5.0.1 Untether to perform an untethered jailbreak on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, iPod touch 3G and iPad 1 yesterday.
iPhone Dev team has provided the following information on their blog about the latest version of Redsn0w:
The b2 version of redsn0w includes the launchctl-related fix by @planetbeing as mentioned by @saurik here and here. As usual, you can just re-run redsn0w in jailbreak mode over your existing 5.0.1 jailbreak (even a PwnageTool one), making sure to de-select “Install Cydia” if you do. Always be sure to do a controlled “slide to power off” shutdown of your device before running redsn0w.

Update 1:
If you've already installed Corona iOS 5.0.1 Untethered v1.0-3 that was released earlier today then you don't need to re-rerun Redsn0w.

Please note a number of readers are reporting issues after re-running Redsn0w. So please proceed with caution and run it only if you're having any issues with your current jailbreak.
